The Office of Information Services (OIS) is a shared service provider for the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) and the Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS). OIS provides the technology systems and services that support more than 18,000 OHA and ODHS agency staff at local offices and facilities around the state. These systems and services help the two agencies determine client service program eligibility; provide medical, housing, food and job assistance; provide addiction, mental health, vocational and rehabilitative services; protect children, seniors and people with physical and/or developmental disabilities; process claims and benefits; manage provider licensing and state hospital facilities; and promote and protect the state public health.
Job Description:
As an Information Systems Senior Manager leading a team supporting the internal financial systems, you will be trusted to work with the Finance and Business community to help maintain and improve the Oracle Financial system and other financial systems within GDIT.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a small team working in the Oracle eBusiness Suite Release 12 (12.1.3, currently being upgraded to 12.2.12) environment including Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts, Time and Labor and other financial modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, PO).
This position will lead and manage a team of Business Analysts (BAs) and IT Software Engineers (developers). You and your team will work with the Financial Services team and the business units and will be responsible for providing support and enhancements for Oracle Financials. The BAs will work with the business unit customers to identify and define in detail the customer requirements for information systems solutions and then work with the developers to translate customer requirements into detailed technical requirements that are used in the software solution development process. The Information Systems Senior Manager of the team will assign work to the team members, support them as they work, handle the managerial administrative work for the group and participate in the actual work while acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
Occasional travel may be required. Prefer hybrid model based in Falls Church, VA. Remote work will be considered.

HOW A SOLUTIONS EXPERT / ARCHITECT WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:-
Supports capture and proposal efforts to secure new or re-compete contracts, or task order business by developing technical solutions for capture strategy and proposal responses to include authoring.
This position will report to the CTO leadership as you work on multiple proposal and pursuit teams in a tiger team methodology where a team approach cultivated leveraged in proposal responses.
In addition to proposals there are also assignments on programs and supporting GDIT IRAD projects.

In this position you will continue to grow your skills towards GDIT acquisition approaches, be leveraged on programs for assistance, and afforded the option to explore other placement options if you wish.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
Required Experience: 10+ years of related experience (Masters Degree substitutes for 4)
Required Technical Skills: Software Development, Data Science, Data Engineering, knowledge of IC processes.
Security Clearance Level: SECRET
Required Skills and Abilities: Oral and written Communication, coordination, problem solving, research, documentation/proposal, team inclusion, process-oriented approaches.

The likely salary range for this position is $154,960 - $207,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per year

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Implementation team to plan customer integrations and act as a subject matter expert in scoping discussions.
Develop HL7 messaging, API Web Service Integrations, and SSO-based solutions for processing data from our Customers’ software systems.
Mentor other integration engineers and set high standards of work.

4+ years of experience in delivering healthcare integrations.
Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with HL7 and using FHIR for health data exchange within various EMR ecosystems.
