Role Summary
You will ensure releases meet acceptance criteria through strong test coverage, clear defect documentation, and consistent validation.
You will partner with BAs and engineers to clarify expected behavior and reduce rework caused by ambiguous requirements.
What You’ll Do
- Create test plans and test cases aligned to requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Execute functional, regression, and workflow testing across key user journeys.
- Document defects with clear reproduction steps, expected vs. actual results, and evidence.
- Support UAT planning and stakeholder validation, tracking issues to resolution.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA/testing experience in software delivery environments.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline.
- Experience with Jira (or similar) for defect tracking.
Preferred Qualifications
- Test management tools (e.g., TestRail) and basic SQL validation skills.
- Automation exposure (even light) is a plus.
