Lead requirements discovery, stakeholder alignment, and delivery documentation across complex initiatives. This role is for a BA who can drive clarity fast: translate ambiguity into structured requirements, manage change, and maintain audit-ready artifacts that keep teams aligned from intake through release.

You will partner closely with product, engineering, and analytics to define scope, validate assumptions, and deliver clear outcomes—while standardizing documentation practices that reduce rework.

Support analytics initiatives by gathering requirements, defining KPIs, validating data logic, and producing dashboards that leadership can trust. You will document business needs, map data flows, and partner with technical teams to ensure reporting is accurate, explainable, and operationally usable.

Ideal for a BA who is comfortable speaking both business and data: you can translate questions into measurable metrics, confirm definitions, and ensure stakeholders interpret dashboards consistently.

• SQL validation, KPI definitions, dashboard requirements

• BADS Foundation Certification strongly preferred

Own delivery plans, milestone tracking, and cross-functional execution across software initiatives. You will create project artifacts that keep teams aligned, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure work moves cleanly through the SDLC with minimal thrash.

Strong candidates are comfortable driving meetings, unblocking teams, and managing stakeholder expectations with transparent status reporting.

Define outcomes, prioritize backlogs, and ensure delivery teams build the right thing in the right order. You will write clear user stories, maintain acceptance criteria, and align stakeholders on scope, sequencing, and release goals.

This role requires strong judgment: balancing technical constraints, customer value, and business priorities—without losing documentation discipline.

Perform data exploration, build repeatable reporting, and deliver insights that influence decisions. You’ll validate datasets, develop metrics, and partner with stakeholders to translate business questions into analysis plans.

Strong candidates are detail-oriented: you can spot inconsistencies, document assumptions, and explain outputs in plain language.

Provide hands-on technical support for end users, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and maintain clean ticket documentation. You’ll handle device setup, access provisioning, and routine troubleshooting for common business tools.

Success in this role looks like fast resolution times, strong customer communication, and consistent documentation.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and improve team throughput by strengthening process discipline. You’ll coach teams on predictable delivery, ensure work is well-defined, and help stakeholders understand tradeoffs.

This role is for someone who can lead with calm structure and continuous improvement.

Create test plans, write test cases, and execute functional/regression testing to ensure releases meet acceptance criteria. You’ll partner with BAs and engineers to clarify expected behavior and document defects with strong reproduction steps.

Ideal for a detail-oriented tester who can validate workflows end-to-end and communicate risk clearly.
